DELIVERY METHOD POLICY

At TROUNCE LOT, we are committed to providing a seamless and satisfactory shopping experience for all customers. This Delivery Method Policy outlines the varies delivery options available when you shop online with us.

You will receive an email from support@trouncelot.com when your online order (Purchase) has been placed. Purchased items will be shipped between 7 to 10 business days after the order has been received. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your delivery to arrive. You may contact us at support@trouncelot.com if your item is not received after 2 weeks. Please be advised, this portion of the Delivery Method Policy does not apply to PRE-ORDER items and/or PRE-ORDER purchases.

 

Order Processing Time: Once an order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed and/or received, our team begins processing it with the utmost care. All orders do not include processing time. Order processing may take 1 to 3 days before a package (order) is ready for shipping.

Shipping Zones: Currently, we only offer domestic shipping and/or within the USA via Standard Shipping or Expedited shipping, if available.

Delivery Methods: To ensure timely and secure deliveries, we utilize trusted shipping partners, such as UPS, USPS and/or FEDEX. We ask that you provide accurate and complete delivery information during the checkout process. Any errors or omissions in the address may lead to delays or unsuccessful deliveries.

  1. Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping option offers reliable delivery within 5 to 7 days once the order is processed. This method is suitable for customers seeking cost-effective shipping with moderate delivery times.

  2. Expedited Shipping: For customers who desire a faster delivery, we offer express and/or expedited shipping. With express shipping, you can expect your order to arrive within 1 to 3 days once the order is processed. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply for this option.

 

Tracking Information: We provide tracking information for all orders, enabling you to monitor your package's status in real time. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from support@trouncelot.com with the tracking details, allowing you to stay informed about your delivery.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery method, destination, and order value. During the checkout process, you will be presented with shipping options and associated costs before finalizing your purchase.
